ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN / GENERAL INFORMATION

• Tickets können nicht umgetauscht werden und sind nicht stornierbar.
• Der Zutritt ist nur mit einem gültigen Ticket für das gebuchte Datum möglich. Ein Wiedereinlass ist nicht möglich.
• LIVE-PERFORMANCE: Die auf dem Ticket angegebene Uhrzeit entspricht dem Beginn der Performance.
• SONIC SESSIONS: Die auf dem Ticket angegebene Uhrzeit ist der Beginn der Veranstaltung. Einlass ab 16 Jahren (Ausnahme: 04.07. ab 18 Jahren).
• Das Ticket gilt als Eintritt zu TRANSFORMATOR. Bitte beachte, dass der Eintritt in die Dauerausstellung KOLLEKTION nicht enthalten ist.
• Es gelten unsere Hausordnung sowie die aktuellen Ticketbestimmungen.
• Es gibt keine Garderobe im TRANSFORMATOR.

• Tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
• Admission is only granted with a valid ticket for the date booked. No re-entry is permitted.
• LIVE PERFORMANCE: The time shown on your ticket indicates the start of the performance.
• SONIC SESSIONS: The time shown on your ticket is the start of the event. Admission over 16 years (Exception: 04.07. over 18 years).
• Your ticket gives you access to TRANSFORMATOR. Please note that admission to the permanent exhibition KOLLEKTION is not included.
• Our house rules and current ticket regulations apply.
• There is no cloakroom at the TRANSFORMATOR.
